My Breast Growth Journey

If there was ever a contest for smallest breast, I would win it hands down.  I was terribly ashamed of my breasts even at a ripe adult age of 27.  I never wore certain dresses and never went swimming either.  I even avoided standing side by side with some of my female friends or office colleagues because just about every one of them had bigger boobs.  I had became so self-conscious of my small breasts that one day, when I could not take it anymore I did something that I thought I would never do.  I tried to grow my breasts.  But I did not want to have surgery because it would just be fake.  So I looked for ways to grow them naturally.

My journey to breast growth started by reading everything I could get my hands on to find out how to do it.  I discovered that the female hormone that enhances breast growth is estrogen which is produced in the ovaries during puberty.  After puberty, estrogen continues to be produced to maintain the size and shape of your breasts.  You cannot make your ovaries produce more estrogen than it does but you can supplement your diet with estrogen in its natural form.  Estrogen exists as phytoestrogen in certain Herbs and plants namely fenugreek, saw palmetto, wild yam, flax seeds, beancurd and other soy products.

Another helpful ingredient is protein.  Protein in your body is converted into fats and some of it will go towards the breasts especially in the presence of estrogen.

Skin elasticity also contributes towards breast growth.  Vitamin E is a known trace element that enhances skin health, smoothness and elasticity.

After all the research was done, the next part of my journey was to consume the correct types of food in the proper balance.  I also made it a point to get enough sleep and live healthily.  That meant no booze or smoking.  But all this was still not enough.

I realized that it would take more than just physical changes to make my breasts grow; I also needed to implement some psychological (or non-physical) adjustments.  So my journey continued by looking for something that would teach me how to utilize my psyche in growing my breasts.  As I hunted through the Internet, I came across Nancy Newton’s website www.grow-bigger-breasts-naturally.com.

Nancy has written an ebook, “How I made my breasts grow bigger naturally”.  In it she details how to use psychological means to grow your breasts.  For example, you discover how to use your emotions to affect how fast your breasts grow, how to program your mind for successful breast growth and so on.  By ordering Nancy’s ebook, I could enhance my physical breast growth program with a psychological aspect to make it even more effective.

Sure enough, within 3 months I experienced some success.  My breasts started to grow.  It was slow at first but by the fourth month, my breasts grew one cup size.  I was ecstatic!  I decided to continue my regime and over the next 3 months, it grew again another cup size.  Now I can boast breasts that are an admirable size 34C, all thanks to Nancy Newton.
