Is there anoperation than I can get to stop snoring?
I try all the stuff to stop snoring but nothing work ,I can snore sleeping on my side/stomac ,even if I use nasal spray with an anti-snoring patch on my nose .Will really wich I could get an operation to stop it
yes, there are options. It depends on what is making you snore. Maybe a CPAP machine would help. Ask yer gp. You may be referred to a sleep lab to find out why you snore.
